住宿小叮嚀
ACCOMMODATION PRECAUTIONS- 訂房與付訂 請來電、LINE 或 WhatsApp 告知入住姓名、聯絡方式與訂房房型，確認住宿日期及人數。電話訂房日起 3 日內需匯款預付訂金（房價定價之 30%）。完成匯款時，請來電、LINE、WhatsApp 或傳真匯款單至 049-2801493。預約訂房請盡量於 09:00–19:00 之間。
- 入住人數 請依房型規定人數入住；若人數增加，6 歲以上每位酌收 NT$1,000，並依房型附贈早餐。
- 取消與延期規定 依行政院消費者保護委員會之定型化契約辦理（透過 Booking.com、Agoda 等平台之不可取消訂單不適用），退費比率如下表，且每筆皆扣手續費 NT$100。

特殊取消（不可抗力）：住宿當日若民宿所在地發生地震致交通中斷，或中央氣象局發布陸上颱風警報等（以所在地縣市政府公告為準），請來電聯絡客服，可接受延期或取消；已付訂金可保留 1 年內使用，如需退款則每房扣手續費 NT$100，餘額全數退還。 - 訂金退還流程 請來電告知住宿日期及訂房者姓名以確認取消，並將欲匯入之銀行帳號影本傳真至 049-2801493，或以 LINE、WhatsApp、Email（misty.villa@livemail.tw）傳送。收到後 10–14 日內退回訂金，每筆扣手續費 NT$100。
- 客房與入退房 客房均備吹風機與衛浴用品（沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳、浴巾）。山區早晚溫差大，請攜帶禦寒衣物。進房時間 15:00 後、退房時間次日 11:00 前；逾時退房每小時加收房價定價 10%（逾半小時以 1 小時計）。入住房客如逾 18:00 後進房，請來電告知，否則不予保留房間。
- 館內注意事項 (a) 為維護住宿品質與安全，室內全面禁菸及禁止喧嘩。
(b) 嚴禁客房內外煮食烹調及攜帶寵物入內。
(c) 訪客請於 22:00 前離開，超時則以《加床》論，依規定另行收費。
(d) 為維護餐點品質，用晚餐請於 18:30 前進餐廳。 - 其他 春節及跨年房價依網站公告為主。離開房間請隨手鎖門，貴重物品自行保管，退房時務必繳回鑰匙。早餐時間 08:00–09:00，逾時恕不提供。停車需求請於訂房時提前告知管家。全館全面禁菸，嚴禁轟趴、嗑藥或非法行為，若得知一律報警。

RESERVATION & STAY NOTES
Booking & Payment
To reserve, please contact us by phone, LINE or WhatsApp with your name, contact details, room type, dates and number of guests. A deposit of 30% of the rack rate is required within 3 days of a phone booking; the room is held for 72 hours. After payment, please notify us (with the last five digits of your account) so we can confirm receipt — we will reply by phone, SMS, LINE or Facebook. Reservations are best made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations and date changes follow Taiwan's standard travel contract (non-refundable bookings made via Booking.com or Agoda are excluded). Refund of the deposit: 0% on the check-in day, 20% one day before, 30% for 2–3 days, 40% for 4–6 days, 50% for 7–9 days, 70% for 10–13 days, and 100% for 14 or more days before arrival. A NT$100 handling fee applies to every refund.
One free postponement (within one year) is allowed up to 7 days before arrival; postponed bookings are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure — such as earthquakes cutting off access or an official land typhoon warning — please call us to arrange a postponement or cancellation.
Check-in & House Rules
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM; late check-out is charged at 10% of the rack rate per hour (any part of an hour counts as a full hour). Guests arriving after 6:00 PM should call ahead, or the room may not be held. Each room provides a hair dryer and toiletries; please bring warm clothing as mountain temperatures vary greatly between day and night.
The entire villa is non-smoking. Cooking in or around the rooms and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Visitors must leave before 10:00 PM, after which an extra-bed charge applies. Breakfast is served 08:00–09:00, and dinner guests should be seated by 6:30 PM. Please lock your door when leaving, keep valuables safe, and return your key at check-out.
