餐廳特別聘請精通擺夷菜色的擺夷婆掌廚,提供最道地的雲南擺夷餐點,並搭配多道高山特有菜餚。誠摯邀請您的光臨,讓雲濛仙境民宿為您的清境之旅,留下最美好、美味的回憶。

為維護餐點品質,用晚餐客人請於 PM 6:30 前進餐廳用餐。

ABOUT OUR CUISINE

Authentic Dai & Yunnan Flavours in Cingjing

At Misty Villa, our kitchen is led by a Dai (Baiyi) cook who specialises in the traditional cuisine of Yunnan, China — a rare find here in Cingjing. Drawing on age-old recipes and a generous use of native spices, each dish reflects the bold, earthy character of Yunnan's ethnic minorities, from smoked dried beef and crispy spiced chicken to minced pork wrapped in our own highland greens.

Many ingredients are grown right here in the mountains: fresh lemongrass, cinnamon and lemon leaves, high-altitude angelica, and crisp organic vegetables that thrive in the cool Cingjing air. Paired with hearty home-style soups, it is cooking that tastes of both Yunnan's heritage and the mountains of Taiwan. To preserve the quality of every dish, dinner guests are kindly asked to be seated by 6:30 PM.
