• 平假日訂房須預收總額 1/3 訂金；春節期間需全額匯款，並於訂房後 3 日內繳交，付訂者優先保留。A deposit of one-third of the total is required for weekday and weekend bookings; full payment is required during the Lunar New Year period. Payment must be made within 3 days, and paid reservations are given priority.
• 來電訂房超過 3 日未匯款將自動取消，敬請留意。Phone reservations are automatically cancelled if no payment is received within 3 days.
• 需依約定人數入住，現場若有超住事實得加收費用。Occupancy must match the number booked; additional guests will be charged on site.
• 匯款後如需更改日期，請於入住 7 日前來電通知確認。To change your dates after payment, please call to confirm at least 7 days before arrival.
• 下午 3:00 後辦理 Check in，中午 11:00 前 Check out。Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out before 11:00 AM.

• 訪客請勿飲酒喧嘩，並於晚間 10:00 前離開。Visitors must refrain from drinking and noise, and should leave before 10:00 PM.
